Frequently asked questions
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Your website keeps running as usual. The extra usage is billed with your next invoice — switching a website off at its limit would be a reason for you to cancel, not to upgrade.
What counts as a delivery?
Every media request over the CDN and every request to the delivery API. The ceiling is meant as fair use: it catches a single runaway website and is not a meter you have to buy packs for.
Is the bandwidth of my images billed?
No. The bandwidth your images use is not billed — only the number of requests counts against your allowance.
Is every feature really in every plan?
Yes. Delivery API, MCP, authors, languages, routes, deployments, version history and your own AI key are everywhere. What differs is websites, storage, deliveries, AI tokens, media on your own domain (Pro and up) and priority handling on Studio.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, that is the idea: you supply your own key, so your AI provider bills you directly — we add nothing on top.
How is AI billed without my own key?
It then runs through our platform, and every plan includes AI tokens: 1 million on Solo, 5 million on Pro and 20 million on Studio per month. A token counts differently per model — cheap models less, premium models more. Each additional million costs €2.
Do team members cost extra?
No. Team and organizations are not part of the plan tiers. If they ever become their own pricing, we will say so first.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay ten months instead of twelve. Solo is then €90, Pro €190 and Studio €490 a year.
